🔁 Return & Refund Policy — OM Poshak
At OM Poshak, every product is lovingly crafted in Mathura, the sacred land of Lord Krishna. We strive to deliver devotion and quality in every order, and when a return is needed, we handle it with transparency and care. 💛
⏳ Return Window
You may request a return within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. Requests raised after this period cannot be accepted.
🧵 Return Eligibility
- Applies to domestic (India) orders only.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
- Festive hampers / combos and Mandir Essentials & non-woven/hard items (e.g., Pooja Thali Sets, Torans, Diyas, etc.) are not eligible for return, unless received damaged or a wrong item was sent.
- Customized / made-to-order items are non-returnable.
📸 Photo / Video Proof Required
While placing a return request, please share clear photos or a short video showing the issue (damage / wrong item). Requests without visual proof cannot be approved.

Please include: Order ID, Reason for return, Photos/Videos of the issue, and your Contact number. All requests are reviewed and verified by our team before approval.
🚚 Pickup & Return Process
- Once approved, we attempt return pickup within ~2 business days.
- If pickup is non-serviceable at your pincode, you may ship the item back yourself; the return fee will be adjusted accordingly.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item reaches us and is verified in proper condition.
💸 Refund & Processing Fee
- No fee if you received a damaged or wrong item (full refund after verification).
- For all other reasons, a return processing fee is deducted from the refund amount:
- ₹299 for individual dress items / single products
- ₹399 for festive hampers / special combos
- Prepaid orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- COD orders: Refunds are initiated to the UPI ID provided by the customer.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Returned items must reach us in original condition; used or washed products cannot be accepted.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll process a full refund instead.
- During peak festive periods, timelines may vary slightly.
