At OM Poshak, we understand that sometimes a poshak may not be the perfect fit in terms of size or color. Our aim is to ensure Kanha Ji’s shringar is just the way you envisioned — divine and delightful.


 

Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please make sure to raise your request within this period.


 

📝 How to Place an Exchange Request

You can submit your exchange request through:

Details required:

1. Order ID
2. Reason for exchange
3. Pictures of the item received
4. Your contact number

 

📦 Conditions for Exchange

We offer exchanges only in the case of:

Size issues
Color mismatch

 

💸 Exchange Charges

If the error is from our side (wrong size, color, or product shipped), we will process the exchange at no extra cost.
If the exchange is due to a customer-side issue (size or color not as expected), a processing fee of ₹99 will be applicable.

Once your request is approved, our team will coordinate the exchange and ensure the replacement reaches you as smoothly as the original order.
