Exchange Policy — OM Poshak

At OM Poshak, every product is thoughtfully prepared in Mathura with love and devotion for Kanha Ji’s seva. If a dress does not fit as expected or you would like to select another product, you can request an exchange under the conditions below.

Exchange Window

An exchange request must be raised within seven days of receiving the order.

Requests raised after this period cannot be accepted.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are available only for orders delivered within India.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • One exchange request is permitted per order.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are exchangeable only if received damaged or defective, or if an incorrect product was delivered.

  • Mandir Essentials and non-woven or hard items are not exchangeable for preference-related reasons. However, they may be returned under our Return Policy or replaced free of charge if received damaged, defective or incorrect.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging are required with every exchange request.

  • For damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products, close-up photographs or a short video showing the issue must also be provided.

Exchange Fees

No exchange fee will be charged when a damaged, defective or incorrect product has been received. After verification, the correct replacement will be sent without additional charges.

For customer-requested exchanges:

  • Individual dress or regular product: ₹149

  • Festive hamper or special combo: ₹249

The applicable exchange fee includes pickup, processing and replacement-delivery costs. No separate delivery or COD charge will be added.

Price Difference and Replacement Selection

If the selected replacement has a higher value, the customer must pay:

  • The applicable exchange fee; and

  • The difference between the original and replacement product prices.

If the selected replacement has a lower value:

  • The price difference will first be adjusted against the applicable exchange fee.

  • If the price difference is lower than the exchange fee, the customer must pay the remaining fee.

  • If the price difference is equal to or higher than the exchange fee, the exchange fee may be reduced or completely adjusted.

  • Any remaining balance must be used to select additional dresses.

  • The remaining balance cannot be refunded in cash or transferred to the customer.

Our team will confirm the replacement selection and final payable amount before arranging the exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact OM Poshak through:

Please provide:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for exchange

  • Required replacement size or product

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • Close-up photographs or video, where applicable

  • Contact number

Pickup and Self-Shipping

After the exchange request is approved and the applicable fee is paid, we generally attempt pickup within approximately two business days.

If reverse pickup is unavailable at your PIN code, you may send the product back through a courier service. In such cases:

  • The courier charges will be paid directly by the customer.

  • The applicable exchange fee will be reduced accordingly.

  • The revised fee will be communicated and confirmed before the product is shipped.

Replacement Dispatch

Once the returned product reaches OM Poshak and passes quality verification, the replacement is generally dispatched within 24–48 hours.

If the requested size or replacement product is unavailable, the customer may select another available product. If no suitable replacement is available, a full refund will be processed.

Processing and dispatch timelines may vary slightly during peak festive periods.

Used, washed, altered or damaged-after-delivery products cannot be accepted for exchange.
